1. Accepted methods
- Visa / Mastercard — Secure card payments processed through a licensed payment gateway.
- Bank transfer (VND) — Vietnam bank transfer with real-time exchange rate at checkout.
- Cash on delivery (COD) — Available in selected regions.
2. Payment confirmation
Card payments are confirmed instantly. Bank transfers are activated after our finance team verifies the transaction, typically within 15 — 60 minutes during business hours.
3. Security
All online transactions are encrypted over HTTPS. Mercado Libre does not store card details — every card charge is processed by a certified payment gateway.
4. Refunds
For eligible cancellations or returns, Mercado Libre refunds 100% of the amount paid within 3 — 7 business days to the original payment method.
