Return policy

1. Return window

  • 7 days from delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong item shipped.
  • 30 days one-to-one exchange on products carrying an extended warranty (shown on the product page).

2. Conditions

  • Item is returned with original tags, packaging, accessories and any free gifts.
  • Order ID or invoice is provided.
  • Does not apply to used items, except for verified technical defects.

3. Process

  1. Email us at contact@nexasmarket.com.
  2. Ship the item back to the address we provide.
  3. Our team inspects the return within 24 — 48 hours of receipt.
  4. Refund, replacement or store credit is issued per your request.

4. Fees

For defects caused by Mercado Libre or the manufacturer, we cover 100% of the two-way shipping cost. For customer-initiated returns (where accepted), the customer covers two-way shipping.
