Mercado Libre ships to 100+ countries through trusted international carriers. Available services and rates are shown at checkout based on your destination.
2. Estimated delivery time
- Domestic (seller's country): 1 — 4 business days.
- Regional / cross-border in Asia: 3 — 7 business days.
- Intercontinental: 7 — 15 business days.
Orders placed before 15:00 (seller's local time) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed later or on weekends ship the next business day.
3. Shipping fees
- Flat rates by weight and destination, shown transparently at checkout.
- Free-shipping thresholds available in many regions during promotions.
- Heavy or bulky items (> 10 kg) may require a separate quote.
4. Inspection on delivery
You may inspect the outer condition of your parcel before signing. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please refuse delivery and record a short video as evidence — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
